It is with deep sadness that Wonga Park Cricket Club shares the passing of Nick Daniel.
Nick was a much-loved member of our club, known for his friendly smile, kind nature, and always being up for a chat. He proudly played in two senior premierships for Wonga Park, first in the memorable 2016/17 father-son premiership alongside his son Dylan, and again in the 2019/20 7th XI premiership, celebrating with many of his close mates.
After a courageous 12-month battle with cancer, Nick passed away peacefully.
Nick’s presence around the club will be deeply missed. Our heartfelt condolences are with his wife Elissa, his son Dylan, and the entire Daniel family during this incredibly difficult time.
